I like Travelocity’s flow thru the app My problem is vision. I don’t tolerate bright lights well and use dark themes or night mode, it took me quite a while to guess that I wasn’t seeing all of the screen. I’m such a small part of Travelocity’s customer base I’m not expecting any action on Travelocity’s and I am giving 5 stars because the app did work well. I wonder if a (View in high contrast) button would draw in a few more customers?

I needed to cancel this trip due to covid restrictions and hurricane IDA and the virtual customer service took like 20 minutes to cancel and I never received cancellation confirmation email

Service was ok, but it was the resolving of my issue with being triple charged, and no one being able to fix it, is my issue.
