Great experience. So glad you are still flying during the pandemic. Very good service!
Nice to have a whole row to myself.
O'hare needs better signage telling people where to go through security. Seats on the airplane are too narrow and too close to the person in front of you. Should have food included on a 5 hour flight. Appreciate printing of boarding passes at home.
Overall a great experience!
I forgot my IPad in the seat pocket infront of me. Didn’t realize it til I got to La Paz 3 hours later. So I didn’t make a lost/found report. Going to SJD airport tomorrow to see if the cleaning staff turned it in. Feeling hopeful. Gail Dorman
All was outstanding, except late departure.
Super easy and comfy to fly with Delta!
Problems with entertainment but was able to change seats
Thank you to the flight attendants that make it all possible. My husband has a back injury and they made accommodations to help him feel more comfortable. Thank you.
Getting to fly directly to Cabo from Portland was great! Everything with our Sun Country Airlines flight was smooth and pleasant from check in to landing.
Hole in Cabo runway and had to circle in the air for over 30 minutes....
No free bag on flight despite your indication of one free Bag and carryon
